Ryuhei Koike, one of Japan's top rhythm guitarists who made his major debut with Hands of Creation and has collaborated with various artists such as Port of Notes and Miyuki Hatakeyama, joins forces with the melancholic electric guitarist Hiroyuki Nagakubo, known for his unique guitar style and contributions to artists like Keiichi Sokabe and Nao Kodama as well as bands like Lake and Hikage & GREENMASSIVE. This unlikely collaboration brings together acoustic guitar rhythms with mellow and exotic electric guitar melodies, complemented by the upbeat and sensual piano and accordion of guest musician Eri Konishi from Copa Salvo. The album takes listeners on a journey through America, Cuba, Africa, Spain, and Japan, evoking a mood of exoticism and cultural diversity.
In addition to instrumental tracks, Ryuhei Koike showcases his sweet vocals in a cover of The Beatles' "Blackbird" and in the original song "Sakura" written for this album.
