KIKUMARU, the talented rapper based in Setagaya, Tokyo, has announced the release of a 7-inch single cut from his latest album, 0, released on September 27th. This single features two tracks with guest appearances by the legends TWIGY and DABO.

0 marks KIKUMARU's 4th album, arriving five years after his previous release, 711. This album is a culmination of the words he released during his self-reflection period, following the changes in his environment over the past five years, and his experience performing at KANDYTOWN's Budokan concert in March 2023.

The album features a lineup of renowned producers, including DJ Watarai, SD JUNKSTA, KOYANMUSIC from Kanagawa, beatmaker NARISK from Fukuoka, and the familiar GRADIS NICE & SCRATCH NICE, along with BootKitchen from Yokohama. The album also includes exciting collaborations with some of Japan's hottest talents, such as the singer Yo-Sea, the rising star in Okinawa's reggae scene YAMATO HAZE, the rapper PEAVIS from KIKUMARU's generation, the acclaimed artist YonYon, and from New York, the Brooklyn-born female rapper Chelsea Reject and LIFEOFTHOM.

For this single cut, two tracks featuring the legendary rappers TWIGY and DABO have been selected from this star-studded 4th album. The mixing duties have been handled by Lil May, who has worked with prominent engineers and producers from LA, NY, including those from Death Row Records, and now actively operates from Tokyo.
