In 2020, TENDRE has been making headlines with collaborations such as Chara+YUKI, Yasuyuki Horigome, and Toko Miura, as well as collaborating with Dutch singer-songwriter Benny Sings, who has gained popularity in Japan. Starting with LIFE in April, which he considers his "life song", followed by HOPE and JOKE, TENDRE released a series of digital singles. Additionally, expanding his activities further, TENDRE has been serving as a substitute navigator for Tetsuya Bessho on J-WAVE's "TOKYO MORNING RADIO".

Now, the much-anticipated 2nd full album LIFE LESS LONELY is finally complete, featuring a total of 10 tracks, including the aforementioned three songs as well as a collaboration track "DUO" with King Gnu's Kazuki Arai and "FRESH" featuring Ryohu from the hip-hop crew of KANDYTOWN. This album represents a new direction for TENDRE.
The album's artwork is handled by Margt, who is also active as a member of PERIMETRON and has worked on projects for King Gnu.

### Profile:
TENDRE is Taro Kawahara's solo project, which debuted in December 2017 with the 6-track EP Red Focus under the name. In October 2018, he released his first album NOT IN ALMIGHTY, which included the digital single "RIDE", remixed by tofubeats.
In 2019, TENDRE performed at major domestic festivals such as ARABAKI ROCK FEST, VIVA LA ROCK, GREENROOM FESTIVAL, FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL, SWEET LOVE SHOWER, and COUNTDOWN JAPAN. His one-man tour in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka in June of the same year, including additional shows, was completely sold out. The subsequent release tour for the new work IN SIGHT - EP also achieved sold-out performances, including additional shows.
Apart from his solo work, TENDRE has provided music and production for artists such as Chara, Yasuyuki Horigome, and Toko Miura. He has also collaborated with SIRUP and Dutch singer-songwriter Benny Sings, who has gained popularity in Japan. Moreover, his activities extend to serving as a substitute navigator for Tetsuya Bessho on J-WAVE's "TOKYO MORNING RADIO," showcasing the diverse range of his pursuits.
