KING, from HAKASE-SUN's album Let It Shine! Let It Shine!! Let It Shine!!!, marking his return after six years. On the AA side, you have "Ambitious Love" featuring ARIWA, a female reggae singer who is currently making waves, and SAYOKO, a pioneering figure in Japan's female rock bands, formerly of ZELDA. HAKASE-SUN, not only composing but also contributing lyrics for the first time in 27 years since Fishmans, has created the ultimate love song filled with a laid-back sense reminiscent of old American road movies, brimming with spiritual ecstasy.

HAKASE-SUN

Celebrating 30 years in the industry and 20 years since his solo debut, HAKASE-SUN is a reggae keyboardist from Osaka.
After moving to Tokyo, he joined FISHMANS in 1990, and the following year, the band made their major debut, continuing their activities for five years.
After departing in 1995, he joined Little Tempo. Starting from 2001 under the name HAKASE-SUN, he embarked on his solo career.
With over 10 albums released, he is known for his instrumental organ reggae sound, used frequently as background music on TV and radio.
In 2008, he produced the soundtrack for the movie Don't Laugh at People's Sex Lives, with the track "Angel" becoming a long-time seller.
Currently, in addition to his work with Little Tempo and FISHMANS, he performs both domestically and internationally with groups such as KODAMA & The Dub Station Band, OKI DUB AINU BAND, Tsuyoshi Kawakami and His Mood Makers, and as a member of Naoto Takenaka & Orange Kibun.
