Ban Hiroshi, the rock 'n' roll roller born in Kyoto and admired by the CRAZY KEN BAND and Ken Yokoyama, who have openly stated they were influenced by him, has been active since the 1970s. The best album Music is My Life, which can be considered the culmination of half a century of musical activity, was released in October and now the analog cut is confirmed.

On Side A, selected tracks from the Very Best of Ban Hiroshiwhich was suddenly released by Ban Hiroshi in 1999 after suspending his music activities. Despite being a super limited release of only 24 CD-R copies, it received attention after being introduced by Yasuhiro Konishi in a music magazine, leading to inquiries flooding record stores the next day. This edition includes songs from the SMASH HITS era when he debuted on the Harajuku Peppermint label as a younger brother to The Venus, such as the melodious neo-rockabilly number "Smash Heaven," the sweet and sour "Tokimeki Hillbilly Train," and "Cappuccino Baby" released under name of the band “Bambino”, an electronic rock 'n' roll band that has been active since the early 2000s to the present, as well as "Asayake ni Hikaru Rock Star," an homage to T.Rex's "Jeepster," exclusively included on this analog record.

On Side B, a collection of rare tracks under the Banbino name is fully included. Includes the danceable "Atashi wa Rock'n'," and the unreleased track "Suttobi Hiroshi Gojuusan-tsugi (Groove An-chan Mix)" which further powers up the hit song that led the Japanese-style music boom, Remixed by Groove An-chan.
