Satoko Shibata's latest work, *Your Favorite Things*, includes the track "Reebok," now remixed by music producer and DJ tofubeats! This remix has been brought to life on a 7-inch vinyl record.
I always thought it would be amazing if we could release "Reebok" as a single, so I'm beyond happy that it's actually become a 7-inch record! And on top of that, I'm absolutely overjoyed by the incredible remix tofubeats has created—it's so beautiful that I can't help but wish time would stop so I could stay immersed in this music forever. The stunning artwork for this release is by Kei Sakawaki. The way this project evolved so sharply and beautifully from the album *Your Favorite Things* is just incredible. I can’t thank everyone involved enough. I’m really excited about this release and hope you’ll pick it up. Thank you for your support!

It’s been seven years since I first introduced Shibata-san’s "Koukai" on a TV show, and even back then, as well as now, she has remained one of the rare singer-songwriters with such a distinctive voice. I’m truly honored to have been offered the opportunity to remix one of her songs and work on this project. When I wondered which track from her latest release would resonate with me, I received the stem data for "Reebok." Since this 7-inch is being released during the rainy season, I created a remix that complements this time of year. Please take a moment to drop the needle on it at home and enjoy.
